Summary: By using Strimoza, you agree to these terms. You only upload content you own or have the right to use. You do not violate laws or third-party rights.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Strimoza platform ("Service"), you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Service provider. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice via email or announcement within the platform.

Service Description

Strimoza is a cloud video storage and streaming platform that allows users to:

Upload, store and manage video files
Watch their videos from any device
Organize content into playlists
Share videos with other users (Pro)
Watch videos on the local network via guest Streaming
Watch videos offline via Local Mode

The Service is provided through high-availability infrastructure with global coverage via Bunny CDN.

Registration & Account

To fully use the Service, account creation is required. Upon registration:

You must provide accurate and truthful information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access to your account
Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited

Your account is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

Plans & Payments

The Service offers two plans:

Free: 10 GB storage, 20 GB bandwidth/month, basic features at no charge
Pro (€9.99/month): 300 GB storage, 500 GB bandwidth/month, video sharing, guest Streaming, priority support

Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no penalty.

We do not provide refunds for partial use of the subscription period. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.

Downgrade from Pro to Free — Grace Period: If after cancelling the Pro subscription your storage exceeds the Free plan limit (10 GB), a grace period of 30 days is automatically activated. During this period a notification is displayed and reminder emails are sent. If you do not delete files or upgrade to Pro again within 30 days, your oldest videos will be automatically deleted until you are back within the limit.

User Content

You remain the sole owner of the content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit it exclusively for the purpose of providing the Service.

You declare and warrant that:

You are the legal owner or hold the required rights to the content
The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
The content does not violate applicable law

Prohibited Content

Uploading, storing or distributing content that is strictly prohibited:

Infringes copyrights or other third-party rights
Is illegal under applicable law
Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — absolutely prohibited and automatically reported to the competent authorities
Promotes violence, terrorism, racism or hatred against groups or individuals
Contains material harassing or intimidating natural persons
Distributes malware or threatens the security of the infrastructure
Violates the privacy of third parties without their consent

Consequences of violation: We reserve the right to immediately remove any illegal content, suspend or permanently terminate the account and cooperate with the competent authorities when required.

To report illegal content you can use either the messages form within the platform, or send an email to info@strimoza.com.

Acceptable Use

Use of the Service is prohibited for:

Infringement of copyrights or other third-party rights
Distribution of malware or any form of attack on the infrastructure
Harassment, intimidation or abuse of other users
Commercial use without written consent
Automated access (bots, scrapers) without permission
Any action that violates applicable law

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Strimoza platform — including code, design, logos and texts — are the intellectual property of the provider. Copying, modification or redistribution without explicit written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for:

Data loss due to technical failure or force majeure
Indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
Third-party content that may be shared through the platform

Important: The platform automatically maintains daily database backups. For the video files themselves we strongly recommend keeping local copies, as no system can guarantee zero data loss in case of force majeure.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Upon deletion, your content is deleted immediately and permanently — there is no possibility of recovery.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, without prior notice in case of serious violation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In case of dispute, an effort will be made for out-of-court resolution before any legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.
