GDPR gives you full control of your personal data. You can request access, deletion or export of your data at any time. The process is free.

Your Rights
Right of Access
To receive a copy of all data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR).
Right to Erasure
"Right to be forgotten" — to have your data deleted when there is no lawful basis for retaining it (Article 17 GDPR).
Right to Restriction
To restrict the processing of your data under certain conditions (Article 18 GDPR).
Right to Portability
To receive your data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer elsewhere (Article 20 GDPR).
Right to Object
To object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes (Article 21 GDPR).
Withdrawal of Consent
To withdraw your consent for processing based on it at any time, without retroactive effect (Article 7§3 GDPR).
Right to Lodge a Complaint
To lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country (Article 77 GDPR).
Right to be Informed
To be informed of a data breach affecting you without undue delay (Article 34 GDPR).

How to Submit a Request
Submit a GDPR Request
Send an email to info@strimoza.com with the following information:
In your email please include:
1. Request type: Access / Deletion / Portability / Restriction / Objection / Withdrawal of consent
2. Account email you use on Strimoza
3. Description: A brief description of your request
4. Identity verification: We will ask you to confirm via your account email

Process & Timeline

Request received
We receive your email and send a confirmation within 24 hours.

Identity verification
We verify your identity via your account email to prevent unauthorized access.

Processing
We process your request. For complex requests we may contact you for clarification.

Response within 30 days
We respond within 30 days of receipt. In exceptionally complex cases it may be extended by 2 months with notice.

Execution
We execute the request (access, deletion, export etc.) and notify you of completion.
Free: Processing of GDPR requests is free. In exceptional cases of excessively repeated requests, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee.

Legal Basis & Consent
We process your data on various legal bases. Consent is only required for:
- Sending marketing emails or newsletters (if applicable in the future)
- Processing for purposes beyond providing the service
For the core functions of the platform (account, video storage, streaming), the legal basis is performance of a contract — i.e. providing the service you have requested. You cannot object to this processing while remaining a subscriber.

Complaint to a Supervisory Authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in your country of residence.
Where to turn: Each country has its own supervisory data protection authority. You can find the authority for your country through the official European Commission directory or equivalent government source.
