How do I create an account?
Click "Register" from the home page, fill in your email and password — and you're ready! Registration is free and no credit card is required. You can also use your Google account.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
From the login page click "Forgot password" and you will receive a reset email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
Note: If you log in with Google, the reset is done through Google.
Can I change my email?
No. You cannot change your email for security reasons. If you want to use a different email you must register again.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. If you log in with email/password you will be asked for your password for verification. If you log in via Google no password is needed — just confirm your email address.
WARNING: After account deletion all your cloud videos will also be permanently deleted from the database.
Can I recover my account or files if I delete my account?
NO. You cannot recover either your account or your cloud videos. Everything is PERMANENTLY deleted. That is why we always ask for confirmation.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free plan gives 10 GB storage and 20 GB bandwidth/month. Pro gives 300 GB storage and 500 GB bandwidth/month, video sharing and priority support for €9.99/month. See details on the Subscription page.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no penalty and no commitment. Cancel from account settings → Subscription. Access to Pro features remains until the end of the current period.
How does billing work?
The subscription is billed monthly via Stripe. It renews automatically on the same day each month. We do not store card details — these are managed exclusively by Stripe.
Can I change my payment card?
YES. You can from the user menu under subscription. You can delete or add a new card and also set it as the payment method.
What happens if I am a paid user and delete my payment card?
If there is no available card on your account, on the next billing date you will automatically be moved to the Free plan.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free and have more data than the free limit?
If after the downgrade your storage exceeds the Free plan limit (10 GB), a grace period of 30 days is automatically activated. During this period:
If you do not delete files or upgrade to Pro again within 30 days, your oldest videos will be automatically deleted until you are back within the limit.
- A permanent banner with a countdown is displayed
- You receive email notifications
- You cannot upload new videos

Can I have more than one card?
YES. There is no limit. You can store as many cards as you want and also set which one will be charged at each renewal.
Is there a refund?
We do not provide refunds for partial use of the subscription period. In exceptional cases of a technical problem on our side, contact us at info@strimoza.com.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WMV and other popular formats. For best compatibility MP4 with H.264 is recommended. When uploaded to the cloud, the video is automatically transcoded if needed to be compatible with every browser for playback.
Are my videos monitored?
No. Strimoza operates as a video hosting platform. The user uploads their own videos and can share them only with those they choose. Posting illegal content is not allowed. The platform reserves the right to remove content, suspend users or individual videos that violate the Terms of Use. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
Is there a maximum file size?
The maximum upload size depends on the storage of your plan. The total storage is 10 GB (Free) or 300 GB (Pro).
Can I upload videos of any size?
NO. Per upload you can upload up to 20GB per video and a total of up to 10 videos at once. If you want more you can do a new upload as long as you have available storage.
Can I share videos with others?
Video sharing is available exclusively on the Pro plan. You can create signed links with an expiration date or share with other Pro users. If you share with free users they can only see 2 minutes of each video. Paid users have no limit.
NOTE: Shared videos consume bandwidth from the Owner, i.e. the owner of the video you shared.
What is Local Mode?
Local Mode allows you to watch videos directly from your computer without an internet connection, using local files.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. See details in the Privacy Policy.
Where are my videos stored?
Videos are stored on Bunny CDN within the European Union. Your data never leaves the EU.
How do I exercise my GDPR rights?
Send an email to info@strimoza.com or see details on the GDPR Rights page. We respond within a few days.
Can I report a problem or complaint?
Yes, you can report any technical issue, complaint or if you spot illegal content. You can report via the contact form, or by sending an email to info@strimoza.com. Our team will review your report and respond as soon as possible.
What devices does it work on?
Any device with a modern browser — mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop. No app installation required.
Does streaming buffer?
We use Bunny CDN for fast delivery from nodes near you. Under normal network conditions there is no buffering.
Is 4K supported?
Yes, 4K and HD streaming is supported for Pro users. A connection of at least 25 Mbps is required for comfortable 4K viewing.
What do I do if the upload fails?
Check that the file does not exceed the maximum size, that you have internet access and that you have enough storage space. If the problem persists, try from another browser or contact us.
What is guest Streaming?
Guest Streaming allows you to watch your videos from any device connected to the same network (e.g. your home), without needing an internet connection. You set a 6-digit PIN and choose which videos are visible. Anyone on the same network can see them via https://strimoza.com/guest by entering the PIN.
